Don’t miss this timely and informative presentation by ERWIN CHEMERINSKY, Dean and Distinguished Professor of Law at UC Irvine on the state of the U.S. Supreme Court.  Dean Chemerinsky was recently described by National Jurist magazine as the nation’s “most influential person in legal education,” and the Los Angeles Times acknowledged that he is widely admired for his ability to explain the workings of the Court in a way that is “thoughtful, clear, and fair”.  After four decades of practicing law and thirty years of teaching, as well as writing the leading textbooks on Constitutional Law and five appearances before the Supreme Court, Dean Chemerinsky is uniquely qualified to share his insights with us regarding the potential deadlock on the Court and its impact on cases affecting the workplace.
